In 2022, 2023 & 2024, we led a successful sampling campaign for Batiste at three of Sofia’s largest universities, targeting young women. We set up eye-catching promo corners in key university lobbies where students naturally gathered.
Our promo girls engaged with students, offering Batiste dry shampoo samples and conducting surveys using a specially designed app on tablets. The setup included custom hostess outfits, a branded stand, and banners, which were upgraded in 2023 with a larger, more visible promo wall. In 2024 we added a specially produced mascot with the shape of a Batiste bottle in order to attract more people and entertain them.
Each sample was paired with a brochure explaining the benefits and proper use of dry shampoo, helping to educate both new and existing users. The campaign effectively reached the target audience, demonstrating strong brand recognition and loyalty among participants. It was conducted 3 years in a row, because of the huge success, unconventional consumer point and relatively low cost.
