For Fanta, one of Coca-Cola most iconic brands, we delivered a full NCP campaign with Xbox, managing the project from creative adaptation to nationwide distribution of print materials. We began with the adaptation of the key visual, including translation into Bulgarian and adjustments across multiple colors and formats.
We then developed the complete creative set for all print materials, covering both standard POSM (posters, price tags, fridge stickers, wobblers, stoppers) and non-standard formats (cash presenters and cooler cubes). After producing material samples, we coordinated the large-scale printing, selecting the most suitable production solutions for each item.
Our scope also included packaging, labeling, and distribution, ensuring all materials were delivered on time to multiple locations across the country. Despite a tight timeline – with the project starting in December 2024 and overlapping the Christmas holidays – we successfully completed and delivered the entire campaign in January 2025.
