The First Regional UBBAI Demand Team Gathering for MARS in Bulgaria was a carefully planned 3-day event at the scenic Hyatt Regency Pravets Resort. inflow led the way in crafting and executing a balanced agenda that combined business with leisure, fostering team bonding and engagement.

We developed the event’s concept, key visual, and logo, along with a presentation template, invitations, ID cards, certificates, and a fame wall. Attendees received branded welcome kits, and we sourced decorations for the dinner. Our team provided a 360-degree experiential camera, a motivational speaker, and facilitated activities like a treasure hunt, cross-functional challenges, and evening bowling.

In addition, we managed all logistics and produced animations, mood videos, and voiceovers to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
