Following our successful collaboration in 2023, the National Employment Agency entrusted us with organizing a conference on activating inactive people in Bulgaria, a crucial EU topic. We developed the event concept, key visual, and secured a venue for 120 attendees, handling all technical and logistical setups, including audio-visual equipment and online streaming.

Our team created a dynamic atmosphere with digital invitations, venue branding, a fame wall, animations, and screen transitions. We managed live streaming, filming, and photography, while also supporting the host and speakers with technical coordination. Our Field Event Manager oversaw seamless execution, including catering.

To conclude, we provided thoughtful gifts, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
