For the National Employment Agency, we delivered a full-service event package for the “Employer of the Year” 2024 ceremony, building on the success of the 2023 edition. The focus was on refreshing the concept and elevating the overall experience.

Our work included an updated creative concept, digital invitations, full venue branding, and the design of static materials. We enhanced the event with animated logos and category visuals, developed the technical agenda and scenario, and managed live streaming and production with a director and video crew.

The key highlight was a 2D animated Success Video, presenting the Agency’s yearly achievements in a dynamic and engaging way. We contributed to the script, video production, voiceover, and subtitling, replacing traditional presentations with impactful storytelling.

The ceremony featured a well-known host, professional photography, and a striking opening and closing performance by TRIGAIDA, blending Bulgarian folklore with modern electronic music. We also produced custom statuettes for winners, arranged guests’ gifts, and ensured flawless execution of the whole event.
