For the National Employment Agency, we organized a large-scale public initiative combining a Parade of Professions, Labor Exchange, and Conference – all delivered in one day across three different locations in the center of Sofia. Held on a sunny day in May, the event attracted a large audience, generating strong interest and curiosity among visitors.

We developed a custom key visual, design elements, and venue branding, transforming each location into a cohesive and engaging experience. To highlight the Agency’s innovative approach, we created an animated event key visual and a special 3D interactive video, presenting the Agency’s A3i Bot in a clear and engaging way.

Our team managed the full production by hiring a director, video crew, event host, photographer, and videographer, ensuring the entire day was professionally captured. We also transformed the venues, organized catering for guests, and produced branded gifts, delivering a seamless and memorable multi-format event experience.
