About the project

Since the brand’s arrival in Bulgaria in 2020, we have been the official BTL agency for Ouzo Mini. We started from the very beginning by creating a memorable, playful slogan that captured the brand’s identity — “Мини на узо – Ouzo Mini oт Митилини” — a wordplay that quickly became a recognizable phrase on the local market.

Over the next four years, we developed and executed the brand’s complete BTL strategy. We created the key visual and continuously updated and adapted it across all materials, including online banners, posters, menus, billboards, mats, and more. Beyond the visual identity, we handled the full BTL execution, organizing large‑scale national campaigns each year across the five biggest cities in Bulgaria. With every edition, the number of activations grew, and our team managed the entire process — from concept to on‑site implementation.

The campaign’s signature mechanic was our custom thermo cards, which revealed prizes when touched with ice or a cold drink — a fun, engaging idea that became the core of the activation, with small creative updates each year.

In 2023, we expanded the concept by launching an online portal featuring a digital tic‑tac‑toe game, where participants competed for the grand prize — a trip to the Greek island of Mytilene. Each year, we introduced new gifts and refreshed the stand design to keep the experience exciting and aligned with the brand’s evolving communication.
