For the State Agency Road Safety, we organized a two-day Conference on Road Safety Culture, welcoming over 150 guests, including international participants. The program featured engaging topics and expert panel discussions, encouraging meaningful dialogue and knowledge exchange.
We developed the event key visual and produced all static materials for sessions and panels, including presentations, attendee badges, and full venue branding. A professional director and camera crew, along with a dedicated photographer and videographer, ensured high-quality event coverage, while our field team managed smooth guest registration.
A professional host guided the discussions throughout the conference. On the evening of the first day, the event transformed into an awards ceremony, featuring a different host, custom-made statuettes, a light dinner, and a live performance by a young, promising band, creating a memorable close to the day.
